Lesser Sleep Reduce Your Creativity


Are you surprise?Lesser sleep could decrease your creative ability, wow....
Recent research from American Medical Association found out that when you reduce one or two hours time of your sleep, it would decrease your concentration ability. According to the research, "Sleeping on time is as important as coming to school on time". And not enough slees is also the major problems in car accident and also, what struck me , the major problem in your creative ability. If not enough sleep can reduce your creative ability, does it mean that more sleep can increase your creativity...hehehehhe...interesting
