Google Talk

I still remember the first time I chat using MiRC, ASL (Age, Sex, and Location) please...How i found it is so fun to talk with someone who actually a stranger to you. It was so fun. But with time it becomes boring and I start with a new chat client call ICQ (take from the word "I seek you"), this time you can add someone you know to a group of friends and also you still can chat with a stranger but it's more fun. One thing I cannot forget from ICQ is the horrible sound, can you recall the sound..it's something like..."EEEEE...OOOO...UUUU". After ICQ, there was alot of other messenger, like MSN Messenger, Yahoo Messenger and alot more.
After success with their search engine and Gmail, now Google join the messenger battle with Yahoo and MSN. Google came out with "Googgle Talk"...But don't you think its a bit too late. Well unless you can give something that others can't offer, maybe Gmail will turn out ok...What do you think??
